Advice To Non-technical Cofounder
If you are a non-technical cofounder in a startup working with another technical cofounder, never say "I have this cool feature in my mind. It is simple and you should be able to implement it in an hour or so."
Something that looks simple for you might be difficult to build. For example, every website supports profile picture and it is definitely not a simple feature to build.And, it applies another way around too.
